Services we Provide

Child Protection - Online Safety of Children & Young persons

We develop and provide training sessions on online safety of children to empower and raise awareness of both parents and children. We collaborate with our partners to advance child protection and advocate for the rights of children. We are experts in strengthening the capacity of practitioners to prevent and tackle Online Child Sexual Exploitation and Abuse , Child Trafficking, Child Labour, Child Marriage and other related areas of Child Protection. Alta Consult collaborates with Psychosocial Experts to offer professional counselling & support to children and adolescents who are at risk or have encountered Offline and Online Sexual Exploitation and Abuse. Our approach is aligned to WeProtect’s Model National Response (MNR) for Preventing and Tackling CSEA.

Disability Inclusion

Disability Inclusion

We are at the forefront in advancing inclusive education, social and economic inclusion of persons with disabilities (PWDs) as well as advocating for protection of their rights. We achieve this through four key areas namely Advocacy, Awareness Raising, Capacity Building and Implementation Support. Our approach involves collaboration with local and international organizations, governments, and Disabled Persons Organizations,

Youth Employment & Skills Training

We provide technical support to Government, Universities, Technical Vocational Training Institutions (TVETS) and the Private Sector to improve employability skills of women, youth, and persons with disability; strengthen education to industry linkages; and strengthen the capacity of education and labour market authorities. In addition, we collaborate with the Ministry of Education and Ministry of Labour to promote Inclusive Education; Gender Equality; Social Inclusion; Economic Inclusion and Safeguarding.

Health Systems Strengthening

We provide technical support towards strengthening of health systems, thus supporting progress towards achievement of Universal Health Coverage. We also develop Health Systems Strengthening (HSS) Assessment Tools in line with WHO building blocks. Using these HSS tools we work with the National and County Government and Partners to identify strengths and weaknesses in critical areas necessary for the health system to function effectively and efficiently. Further, we develop customized Capacity Strengthening Plans and provide Technical Assistance for the establishment of Health Sector Coordination Systems.

Program Management & Research

We offer consultancy services in Program Management and Research. Specifically, our consultancy services focus on Designing and Executing complex National and Global Research Studies, Grant & Proposal Writing, Monitoring & Evaluation, Training & Capacity Building, Qualitative and Quantitative Research and Analysis.
